Scope
This policy describes the current Halloween Game Guide website. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity after you accept analytics. There are no user accounts, comment forms or newsletter forms. Analytics is optional and is not required to use the guides.
Search and progress stay in your browser
Search matches your text against the guide index in your browser. The site does not send search text to a search service. If analytics is accepted, interaction data may be processed by the analytics providers described below. Challenge checklists use localStorage under keys beginning with halloween-progress:. They store selected checklist IDs on your device, not game-account information.
Progress persists until you reset the checklist or clear this site’s browser data. It is not synchronized between devices and is not connected to your game save. If browser storage is unavailable, the checklist can still work for the current page session.
Hosting and technical requests
The production deployment is designed for Cloudflare Pages. Delivering a page requires technical requests that may include an IP address, requested URL, browser details and request time. Cloudflare may process technical information for delivery, security and abuse prevention under its Cloudflare Privacy Policy ↗. We do not claim that the hosting provider collects no data.
When analytics is accepted, Google and Microsoft may set analytics cookies. Hosting security features may operate according to the provider’s configuration and policies. Fonts and game images are served as local site assets rather than loaded from an external font or image host.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
Google Analytics 4 (G-4NZRM1HQQT) helps us understand page views, referrals, engagement, browser and device information, and approximate location. Google processes technical request data and cookie identifiers. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization in the site tag. See Google Privacy Policy and Google Analytics cookie information.
Microsoft Clarity (yg2qs8m5r3) helps us understand clicks, scrolling and page interactions through heatmaps and session replays. It may receive device, browser, identifier and technical request information. Microsoft may process data for its own purposes, including advertising, as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Our integration sends denied advertising-storage consent. Do not enter sensitive information into site tools. See Clarity cookie details.
Cookie choices and withdrawal
We load neither analytics service until you select Accept analytics. Reject analytics keeps both services unloaded. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Rejecting after acceptance sends withdrawal signals, clears accessible first-party Google Analytics and Clarity cookies, and reloads the page to stop loading the services. This does not erase data previously received by providers or cookies on other domains.
We store your choice in localStorage under halloween-analytics-consent-v1 until you change it or clear site data. Accepted analytics may use _ga, _ga_* (typically up to two years), _clck (typically one year) and _clsk (typically one day); provider settings can change these periods. Browser controls can also remove cookies. Clearing site storage resets both the choice and saved checklist progress.
Processing, retention and privacy requests
We use optional analytics based on your consent. Hosting requests support delivery and security; correspondence supports responses to your requests. Google, Microsoft and Cloudflare may process information outside your country under their published safeguards. Analytics retention depends on provider settings and policies; cookie expiry is not the same as deletion of collected data.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a supervisory authority. Send requests through our contact section. You can also use the privacy controls described by Google and Microsoft.
If you contact us
If you email us using the address in the Terms of Service, your email provider and ours process the message. We use the address, message and attachments to answer the request or investigate a correction. Keep sensitive account information out of your message.
Correspondence is kept only as needed to handle the request and legitimate recordkeeping. You may request access, correction or deletion through the same contact route; applicable rights and retention requirements depend on your circumstances.

Following a source link takes you to another site with its own privacy practices. We do not embed third-party videos in this version. This policy now includes optional Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. We update it when our data practices change. Privacy questions can be sent through the contact section.
