If you expected an email
Check the email account used for the qualifying booking, its spam folder, and the promotion details attached to your receipt. Ask the promotion provider about eligibility or delivery using the original booking reference.
Do not post a full unique code or receipt publicly while asking for help. A screenshot with the code hidden is enough to discuss the wording of an error.
Three different meanings of “code”
A cosmetic promotion code, a storefront game-activation key and an in-game public reward code serve different purposes. Confirm which one you have before choosing a redemption screen. This site does not generate codes or present random strings as working rewards.
