Halloween: The Game Trophy and Achievement Guide (PS5, Xbox, Steam)

Steam — Halloween: The Game global achievement stats ↗ lists 50 total Steam achievements. Examples visible on that page include “A Personal Touch” (execute 5 victims as Michael, 67.1% of players), “Escape” (complete the Smith’s Grove/Prologue chapter, 67.0%), “The End” (finish the complete story mode, 17.3%), and “Determination” (successfully Prestige your profile, 1.4%) — global completion rates published directly by Steam, not our estimate. The Epic Games Store — Halloween: The Game ↗ also lists 50 achievements, and the Xbox store (US) — Halloween: The Game ↗ shows Xbox achievements as a feature.

IllFonic — Patch Notes 1.0.2 ↗ states five previously stuck achievements can now unlock after Patch 1.0.2 (September 11, 2026), without naming all five individually in the notes reviewed here. Separately, IllFonic’s September 17 roadmap post names three achievements not granting correctly: Purely and Simply Evil (per Steam’s own listing, the 250-residents-killed-as-Michael achievement, at 13.8% completion), Pumpkin Smasher and Heavy Handed. IllFonic — What’s Coming Next ↗ Patch 1.0.3 (September 22) did not mention these three, but did fix one blocker: hosts of private matches could not unlock achievements or trophies, and now can. IllFonic — Patch Notes 1.1.0 ↗ lists a fix for the Purely and Simply Evil trophy not tracking properly, and fixes for several Progressive Challenges that were not tracking. It also says the difficulty of completing various Story Mode challenges was improved, and that a notification now appears when you fail a Story Mode challenge.

The notes do not mention Pumpkin Smasher or Heavy Handed, so treat their status as unconfirmed until IllFonic says otherwise or you see the unlock yourself. If a trophy you have earned is still missing after updating to 1.1.0, follow the reporting checklist.

• PS5: the game’s trophy list on your PlayStation profile shows what you have earned (51 trophies including the platinum — see below). See the PS5 guide.
• Xbox: the game’s achievements list in your Xbox profile or the Xbox app.
• Steam: the Achievements section of the game’s Steam page, plus the global stats page cited above.

Menu wording varies by system software version.

Several Steam-listed achievements map onto pages already on this site: “Escape” (finish the Prologue) connects to the Prologue guide; “The End” (finish the full story mode) to story mode length; “Determination” (Prestige) to Prestige and progression. Challenge counters that are not achievements are covered in challenges not counting, and new players should start with how to play.

Independent trophy-tracking sites consistently report 51 PS5 trophies: 1 platinum, 2 gold, 10 silver and 38 bronze. The platinum is reported as The Shape, earned by unlocking all other trophies. That fits the Steam count: 50 regular achievements plus a platinum. We do not link those sites; your PlayStation profile is the authoritative list, and trophy names or counts could change if IllFonic adds content on October 27 (update overview). We have not verified the Xbox achievement list or individual PS5 unlock conditions, and we will not guess at them. The official patch notes use the word trophy for the Purely and Simply Evil item, which is why that fix is listed here.
